Little Big Planet players?- Need Help and a friend to play with.?

I play Little Big Planet and it is amazing. PSN: Tigerclaw911
I’ve been having trouble. Everytime I choose “Play online,” I’m stuck waiting for about 10 minutes while the screen just loads and loads and then it stops and I’m entered in the level just by myself while I expect to be with people.

I need a friend. Can you be my friend in Little big planet? I don’t know how to invite people into my pod so maybe you could tell me or invite me into yours. Thank you. I’m new

Ok i am a self proclaimed expert
FIRST- Go to the screen that is there when you turn on the system you know where it has the icons to choose what you want to do.

SECOND- You go to the part where it usually has the sign in icon.

THIRD- Scroll down till you see message box go to add a friend type in the user-name of that person at the top and your message if you want then you look at your friends and it will say awaiting response or something like that. if they accept that message will disappear and be replace by words saying things like what they are playing or how long they have been away if they are logged off.

FOURTH AND MOST IMPORTANT- If this helped please mark me as a best answer and as for your friend problem My user-name is GGM825 i might not respond that day but just say you are from yahoo answers! You can invite people to your pod by pressing START and going to friends any friends you have will be shone there and you can invite or join them. (there name wont come up if they are not playing that game or not your friend)

NOTE- If you met someone online you want to add go to visited players and look at them and if you want to invite them just press invite to be a friend
