Ok Iam interesting in a PC that I can work on and practice on for PC tech training.?

What pc would you recommend. The 2nd one is a custom built and the second is an e machine. The 2nd one has better specs, but may not reflect real world scenarios or something like that. I already have a custom built so Im not scared of them btw.

I had a bit of trouble understanding the question when you wrote “The 2nd one is a custom built and the second is an e machine”. If I figured it out correctly, you’ve got a choice between 2 PCs, one of which is a custom build and the other of which is an E-Machine. Of the two, go with the custom job, NOT the E-Machine.

Unless they’ve changed considerably in the past year, E-Machines are minimal machines with most of the capability built into the motherboard. The last one I worked on had 1 expansion port; everything else was built in. For practicing computer work, it won’t help much – there’s nothing to do!

Get yourself a copy of Mike Myer’s A+ Troubleshooting and Maintaining PCs book if you want the good stuff for learning. It’s what I used as a textbook in the 7 years I taught PC repair classes.
