It's a song with a solo piano introduction of instruments / time without singing (probably 20-30 seconds) like the sound of Louis Armstrong "What a Wonderful World." I think the first line is "over time" or something like that. It is a male singer. Not is the song of Herman Hupfeld Casablanca or more versions of it. However, it is likely that someone this group: Frank Sinatra, Matt Monro, Tony Bennett, Nat King Cole, etc. Not necessarily, but at that time. Any hints?
