I know this is not a question, but this is a question which is commonly asked and I am tired of answering it all the time!!!
Since a DVD is not the format of an iPod Video format, you need a converter. iPods take Mpg4, so go to www.ipodvideoconverters.com, then download the free trial and follow the directions from there. If you like it, you can buy it online at reduced price right at ipodvideoconverters.com

I forgot to add you have to put the DVD in the computer before anything (Common Sense) and when you are done converting, open up iTunes > Add Video > Enjoy!!!
