Muslims Philosophers/Scholars – Hereafter?

Assalamwalaikum, Brothers and Sisters, why is there this confusion that i think orginated from the Scholars about thinking where a dead soul might go.

I know that we cannot really point to a Matyr and say he is a Matyr unless our Prophet Muhammad(SAW) told us he was a Matyr because we dont know whats in their hearts. But now some people have applied this theology to Kafir! They say when a kafir dies you cannot say he is in hell because you dont know. This theology seems really wrong to me, because if you apply it……..then what about Hitler…..Sterling, Mao, Lenin? These people killed millions of people but according to this theory, they might be in heaven?? This seems very very wrong please someone explain.

Of course everything is upon God to decide…. and we are too insignificant to know God’s real judgement…

I believe that Lenin, Mao, Stalin, Hitler will go to hell (insha Allah) but If we know everything now, what is the point of judgement day?

Well we dont know for sure that is true, because God is the most merciful and most gracious, but we are ALMOST sure that evil and unjust people will go to hell…

Remember dooming anyone to hell is haram if that particular person has not said that to you (cursed you)… Do not forget the use of “alaikum” if someone curses you… A muslim is not allowed to curse, mock or insult others(according to Bukhari, I forgot where the Hadeeth is located, but I know its in Bukhari)
